★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other than the fact that I’m the only one here using the facilities, there’s nothing else to rave about. It’s pretty underwhelming for a Ritz Carlton spa. There isn’t even bottled water available inside, not sure if that is because of COVID. Most hotel spas I’ve been to, the service staff would ask if I’ve been there before and if I hadn’t, would introduce me to the facilities and brief me on how to use the locker. Here I had to figure out how to program the locker and there wasn’t even basic instructions pasted at the locker itself to guide the user. Lastly, the lockers were not properly stocked with what was supposed to be in there. The available ones either had slippers missing or bathrobe missing. Overall, a pretty disappointing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was attentive. Was there for both facial and massage. Both were good. Therapists were skillful. The massage bed was very comfortable. Spa facilities were clean. Feel very relaxed as the staff do not limit the time you can enjoy the facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to make an appointment with the Ritz-Carlton Spa and Ms Kathy was very professional, she helped me select a package for my wife and even suggested recommendations. The team at the Spa was very courteous and even handed me a water bottle while waiting. I would highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best spa experience I have had so far in Singapore. Try their La Mer signature range for spas as they have specific skilled therapists for this and this probably makes the difference for the quality of service received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never made it past the receptionist who took my call for bookings, Christine. She was rude, condescending and had the gall to chastise me for having made an earlier booking (I was calling to amend my booking for a group). Whatever good work that this spa might be doing, are wasted because the spa can’t put a good customer-oriented person to take calls. If your first encounter with a wellness provider is rude and haughty, what kind of relaxing experience do you think you will have. Nobody wants to be chastised like a little student in school when paying hundreds of dollars, and supposedly for rest & relaxation. We’re taking our business to another hotel spa instead. Ritz Carlton spa should buck up on their front counter service.
