R	Rene So on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is just located before the entrance to the restaurant at the lobby floor. I entered this bakery out of curiosity. And I was welcome by the store staff and ask if i need any assistance. I told her i am still waiting for someone and she ask me to please sit down. Very good service. As for the products, there is a wide choice of pastries. A good place to buy presents for family and friends. There were some tables with high chair. This place have a good ambiance
S	Shiro Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cakes are very refined and good. Worth the price! These are all I tried over the years. My favourite is the seasonal pear mouse cake followed by the seasonal strawberry rhubard cake. Tried their multigrain loaf too, it was really good!

I came to the bakery to get my coffee & tea, saw pastries look ok, got plain and chocolate croissants, however croissants are way too much butter (even i like butter) I think is not crispy at all, very heavy. I didn’t get for other mornings. Every time I went to the bakery, no staffs stay there, waited few mins still no one show up, I have to walk to the restaurant to asked the receptionist there to help me find who work at the bakery. Not a good impression of the hotel bakery, no one stand by at the shop
G	G Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the chocolate fudge cake: 5 stars for the inside of the cake, 0 stars for the chocolate glaze, which ruined the whole experience. The layers of moist cake and light mousse perfectly finesse the line between opulence and simplicity, set off by a crunchy hazelnut base. However, all this was spoiled by a sickeningly sweet chocolate glaze applied with a ridiculously heavy hand. What a waste.

Good for 3 pax if all are small eaters. Personal favourites: chocolate scone: chocolatey and dense. chocolate puff truffle egg mayo lemon madeline: refreshing & not too sweet
C	Chen Family on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bakery at Ritz Carlton, with a delectable array of items. Was sold out by early evening, so looks like a mid-morning purchase only. Service was friendly (as you'd expect). Bought a ?fruited cinnamon bread - it looked gorgeous, but I guess my tastes lean more towards European style breads. Will drop by again to see what else is on offer, though.
