He was extremely helpful and attentive to details in explaining to me patiently while also multitasking and handling other clients. His exceptional service in customer management, alongside patience in attending to every client was immaculate. I have never encountered such service before, with this being my first. I am extremely satisfied, if not placated by his dedication in providing first class customer service no one asked for. I strongly applaud his professionalism and hope that you continue to retain staff like him that value adds to the branding. Indeed The Shirt Bar @ suntec has lived up to its standard as a premium brand, with premium customer service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am surprised to find out that this is a Singapore brand. I must say they have done a very good job. The brand has definitely put in thoughts into their shop design and products. Love the fitting room area (especially the infinity mirror effect) and the clever use of recycled pallets in the store. The shirts are really in good quality, you can tell from the look and handfeel of the shirts. Very attentive staffs too with good products knowledge. I hope to see this brand in other countries in the future to show the World that Singapore has good fashion concept and good quality designs and products too.

It is such a nice collection to select and purchase my white shirts (a staple in my wardrobe). Thumbs all for the wonderful shopping experience. Keep up the wonderful work!
