I'm a loyal customer to Brooks Brothers and I was glad to realise that this company has two stores in Singapore. They both provide a good choice of clothes got men and women. Personnel is always ready to help and find suitable size, as well as recommend other models. I would recommend it definitely!

Great value for the premium quality in its fabric and design. Staff is professional and has great product knowledge. Special credits to Malcolm for excellent customer service and great effort to remember the preference and sizes of his returning customer.

My shirts are normally tailored. I do not believe in buying off-the-shelves. Due to last minute situation and time, I had no choice but to grab something off the shops. I wondered into many shops and finally stumbled upon Brook Brothers at Raffles City. I was approached by a kind gentleman working in the store by the name of Mr. Malcolm Goh. Now, let me share my Customer Experience pre/post purchase....Malcolm made awesome recommendation of shirts in my taste and liking, took my measurements, put me up for alteration (baring in mind my urgency and time limitation) and shared his views and perspective on my shirts and colour choices (me, being colour-blind, this was extremely helpful). His kind, professional and tasteful demeanour made me end up buying 7- items on the spot with no hesitation. After purchase, the shirts needed to be slightly altered within a tight time frame. Malcolm not only met my time expectation, he exceeded it. To top up the amazing experience, when my shirts were ready for collection, he even offered to deliver the item to my home after his work hours (knowing I am a Cancer patient and was undergoing harsh therapy). I am truly awed by such dedicated customer service which is a rarity in today's retail world. Malcolm is truly a gem and I am fortunate to have met such a good gentleman. I am now an avid fan of Brook Brothers and have enthusiastically recommended my social circle and friends to do the same. I would also like to thank Mr. Isagani Carbellido for his delightful service rendered to me while I made another trip down at the Orchard Paragon boutique on the same day. Again, professional, friendly, articulative in all the products and well recommendations made. Impressive really. I comment Brook Brothers in their gentlemen's apparels, keeping it clean, classic and true to its traditional form. But above all, I comment them for their selection of staff, the true asset to any company or organization. Again, congratulations on the remarkable product and services.
