★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment for 4pm Dec. 2015. I arrived ten mins earlier hoping to be served within 30 mins. Fat hope, I waited till 5.15pm and there were still two patients to go before my turn. Meanwhile the receptionist (in dark sunglasses) spent her time making small talk and cracking jokes with the PRC dental assistant at the expense of the malay dentist who obviously did not understand the going-ons. I walked off at 5.30pm having decided not to return to that dental clinic ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tooth filling only lasted 2 days. I went back and doctor said not his fault and charge another fee. Second job uncomfortable as bite doesn't meet and filling felt really rough. Horrible place. Avoid at all cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sis got her wisdom tooth remove here. Until today, her left side of the nerve was damaged and cant feel anything on her left side of the tongue for more than 2 Years already !!
If the dentist is professional, careful and gentle enough, i don't think it would be that bad.
Right now, she is having second thought on removing the right side wisdom tooth because of this.Thinking about how the whole tongue will be numb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this Dentist at all costs. Dentist unprofessional and the Receptionists are terribly rude.
Also, he doesn’t do a good cleaning job. Had to go back the same day because it was not done properly. Worst of all, he gave me ulcers on BOTH SIDES OF THE MOUTH. First time, it happened on the right side. While cleaning or polishing(not sure which), the instrument was too close to my inner cheeks and and the whirring top of the instrument cut my cheek. I had to exclaim for him to realise. Second time was when I went back later in the day. He was cleaning on the left side and the EXACT THING HAPPENED. Will never go back there again. Also overpriced for such a crappy job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a root canal here and it started hurting 2-3 years after. Went back and the same old dentist did an X-ray and assured me it’s nothing serious and was given painkillers.
After 4 days, the pain was UNBEARABLE so I went back and the doctor finally admitted that there was a small dark spot in my xray that he thinks may have been an infection. Information he should have divulged in the beginning!
Had to go to a specialist to redo the whole root canal (which obviously set me back a lot of money) over again and she told me there was a small 4th canal that my previous dentist didn’t even detect and clear out which caused this major infection!
Tl;dr: DO NOT GO HERE. Highly unprofessional dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! Did only a simple cleaning and polishing but the whole experience was quick, fast and best of all, I didn't feel a thing throughout. Dentist is really skillful, and gentle, unlike some places where it can get really rough. Will visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad experience after my last tooth filling. upper teeth filling getting sensitive again but Dr Yong said it was the excess filling drop off and did nothing to that. not sure is it because i’m a CHAS blue card holder
