β β β β β Doesn't allow referral for doing PCR and claims PCR only for in-house patients. A doctor should never turn down any patients, especially if there is a risk of the patient having covid and spreading to the community. Seriously disgusted with the clinic as it shows how money-minded this clinic is.

β β β β β Good doctor but rude staff. She appeared so be so frustrated handling the crowd. First all there are no instructions or notice to queue to be registered. She can tell patients off blatantly. Come on... don't spread your vibes. No one coming to clinic is in a good mood to begin with coz everyone has a reason to see doctor and that's not something that makes us happy either.
Don't get me wrong. Dr Sim is actually fast and efficient. Just prepared to be ticked off by the front desk anytime. Note that not every staff is like that... sone are ok. Good luck!

β β β β β This clinic charges the most expensive pre departure PCR test 160 in town! The staff advised the rate a week before was 140, after having the test done, showed a bill of 160 w gst, asking why, they pretended that they didn't understand the question and discussed between themselves in dialects, so rude. These staff are not nurses, they are just as rude as Dr Sim who had ever tried to suggest giving injection to my finger joint when I had trigger pain, he should have referred me to a hand specialist or an orthopaedics for that proposal and not doing it himself.

β β β β β Enjoyed our consultation with Dr T P Sim. Was impressed how patient he was with my elderly mum. He explained very clearly to us and my mum was impressed with his diagnosis! Waiting time was a little long though but worth the wait! Clinic assistants are friendly too!

β β β β β Decided to bring my 4 year old to this GP as she is just having a mild tummy ache . Spend $30 without medication as they give a off the shelf medicine which is not working for her. Should have told me they donβt have much medicine for a kid than to earn the money and leave the patient walking out empty handed.

β β β β β I always see Dr Koh Chow Kun and he always diagnose and prescribe the right medication to help me feel so much better almost immediately on the same day after taking them. The medicines work wonders. Generally the clinic stocks good effective medicines, some may be more expensive, but their charges are reasonable. Dr Koh is caring and careful in diagnosis and prescriptions and clear in explanations. He is best doctor I have seen so far.

β β β β β This clinic has been my familyβs go to clinic for more than 20 years.
Months ago, my wife and mum visited Dr Sim and my mum asked questions about whether she needs to avoid certain food etc. Dr Sim was bluntly rude and told her that (somewhere along this line) βthere are many people waiting outside, please hurry upβ. The whole consultation was not even 5mins and she was indirectly chased out. This was the last ever visit from our family.
I am sharing this only now because my neighbour just complained about a similar incident. This time, the nurse told the patient to (somewhere along this line) βhurry up else itβs will be chargeable if time exceedsβ.
At the end of the day, a patient is still a customer and should be treated with basic respect and not a cash generator.
Lastly, my companyβs insurance used to cover this clinic and I never had a clue on how much the consultations fees were - just like signing a blank cheque. #justsaying

β β β β β With covid cases on the rise, would like to thank the Clinic assistants and doctors for their great service! Have seen Dr Sim since I was young! He is a caring and patient doctor! My whole family loves seeing him too.
