★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go with the salad and soup. Dont try the burgers, they are prepared before hand and assembled. Worse than mcdonalds as they are served cold. Soup and salad pretty decent though.

Norish bowl was so boring, falafel were dry and pasty and I couldn't eat the chick peas because the were so hard.
You guys should really taste your food, this is obvious that it wasent quality checked.
The 2star is in hopes you will improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered 2 soups and one flatbread through Deliveroo app. After waiting for 40 mins , they only delivered one soup instead of two . Even the printed slip from the restaurant / Deliveroo mentions 2 soups . Bad experience overall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their soup dishes, all the food are of good quality. Also love the self ordering kiosk, fast and easy. Service is amazing too! There was once when I ordered soup meal, I accidentally pressed remove bread roll, and the counter staff clarified with me about it upon collection. Usually if it’s other places they wouldn’t bother and just give what is ordered without checking. So Soup Spoon really exceeded my expectations in all aspects!
