Went to 2 different outlet within 7 days at different timing. Food is fresh n prices are affordable too. They have sets for individual, 2 and more.

Delicious chicken collagen, pork bone broth and si chuan preserved vegetable soups. The service staff are very helpful and can figure out the best package set for your desired ingredients.

Came for an early lunch on Sunday and it wasn’t too busy. Affordable set meals and the chicken broth I chose was tasty. For the price it was excellent value for money. Staff were polite and prompt, very decent service.

Hands down one of the worst outlet i’ve ever been to. We entered the outlet at about 8pm, while the vegetable basket was served within minutes we had to wait close to 30mins for the actual pot to be serve - meaning we weren’t able to start eating until then, and a further 20mins for the meat and fish to be served. To which they didn’t even record the meat order, so basically they came to ask what meat did i order a whopping 50mins after i ordered. By the time the meat arrived, half of the soup has already evaporated. Each time i had to wave like crazy to get the staff’s attention (to alert them the soup and meat has not been served) as they were often serving the same few tables or busy chatting with the customers. When i requested for them to help me pull the handmade noodles, the waitress put on her plastic gloves, proceeded to move the food trolley with her glove before using the same pair of gloves to pull the noodles. They also got our sauces wrong twice and in the end I simply gave up trying to get their attention. Overall a very stressful experience which I wouldn’t wish on anyone, especially after a stressful day at work.

as usual, shi li fang doesn’t disappoint! This outlet is great with attentive staff and also isn’t too crowded. We tried the 酸菜 and chicken stock which were both good!

Large variety of sauce, good soup base and decent meat & vegetables. A decent hotpot overall which is not that cheap - around $100 for 3 pax

I know the food is cheap but I have to give 1 star. Here’s why : 1. The manager (no.11) has very very BAD attitude. We asked for more bowl she looked annoyed . And she overcharged the dipping source which is free flow. But she charged us 3x of it. It is weird that their name tag is not in name but in no. 2. The hand made noodle , OMG! The person suppose to stretch it like thin noodle and put into the soup but instead she put almost the WHOLE DOUGH INTO SOUP. It was DISGUSTING ! (See pic) she said it was dried (exposed to air for too long) so cannot make into thin noodle. My suggestion will be only give it to us when we are ready to eat . I saw her did the same to the next table . 3. BAD service , SLOW and unprofessional . 4. interior, cutlery etc look cheesy and cheap . Never come here again . 5. They half price promotion is forever 1/2 price . What a SCAM. 6. Food quality is suck . I guess that’s why it is cheap . NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!
