★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice quiet place with decent amenities and good neighbors (in my personal experience). However the general care for the estate is quite pathetic. The main problem being the lazy and honestly incompetent MC, office being frequently closed or uncontactable, hiring contractors who cut corners and dont do work properly and being extremely slow and unwilling to resolve important issues regarding the fence, back gates, and basement water pump clog/leaks. Disappointing because this place has so much potential.
