What we liked - layout, space, quiet, near Holland village, near school, amenities, good size pool, really good gym, BBQ area, bollard room, function room Missing- Needs work done to the kitchen, bath rooms and onning ($100k), lift, cupboard and door to partition maid's room

We had the opportunity to reupholster some of the furniture for the residents here. Friendly and lovely environment, love it here.

I used to live here. The houses are amazingly well build and there's a nice pool, nice water features complete with a fully furnished gym suana, BBQ pit and pool table!

I believe this is one of the best cluster townhouses you can find in this area. The project is full of expatriates, so if you an expat looking for new friends for yourself or your kids, this is the place to rent. There will never be a dull period here. They have full facilities here which include gym, swimming pool, pool table and a sheltered bbq pit. Most importantly, this project is surrounded by greenery which creates a very peaceful ambience. The interior layout of the houses do not have odd shapes, making furniture to fit nicely. Master bedroom is huge! There is a huge tub that comes with it too. There are total 4 levels. 1 in the basement. If you do have a helper, there is a dedicated room for the helper in the basement. And there are 2 dedicated carpark lots to each unit just outside your doorstep in the basement. Overall, i would say it is a great project to rent as jt is walking distance to sixth avenue mrt and there are cold storage and eatery nearby too.

I lived here over 3 years and the security still asking me if i live here and if i say yes he let me in .... lol Very poor management here .....

The houses range from 4 bedrooms to 6 bedrooms all equipped with 4 or more bathrooms. The facilities include the most beautiful swimming pool which is about 1.5metres in the main pool, a playground, a gym: children under 12 need to be accompanied by an adult, a accessible management office, a few games rooms which include a billard table, a huge function room available for rent, changing rooms, hot tub, a barbecue pit next to the pool, side access, guard house, a pond and direct access to the park with another playground.

Excellent condo with a wonderful pool! 4-storey row houses that have lovely layouts and plenty of privacy.
