★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go around to Shi Li Fang for steamboat this was my first time so angry. 1 of the male manager forget to order my order and my beside table come 10min late and they food come first. I get waited for more than 20min. The soup going to cook dry. The male never come over to apologize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value meal at $9.90++ for a set that includes noodles (go for the hand-pulled special) and a lot of veggies.
If you go with a friend you can both pick different soup bases for no extra charge and enjoy two different types of broths.
Free flow drinks are recommended at 80 cents per pax as they are not over sweetened like other places. The free flow make-your-own sauce is free on weekdays before 4 pm only; otherwise it's charged per pax at $1.30.
The mala medium level is plenty hot and the chicken soup broth base is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food served,vegetables and meat were very fresh. The chicken and pork bone stocks were light but flavoursome. Also the staff at this 10th Mile Junc outlet were rather friendly and helpful with their service and suggestions.

RefillableDrink（sound nice coz i cant take too spicy food/soup）?but the drink only come after i remind the waitress Twice and me&my sister finish one plate of mix veg
SauceDipping（ok）but is not what i order. Only come with the soysauce，garlic，麻油. However，what i order is soysauce，garlic，麻油，scallion&coriander. Then，i just order another vinegar，garlic&scallion.?
ohh！What special about this restaurant is the free toy. I just told to pick one of the soft stuff toy if i want to ☺️and now my old toy got a new friend✌️thank you
First visit this Hotpot restaurant. Turn out not a really good experience. But i might get another chance（becoz of the toy somehow it make my day）to go with my friends AT OTHER OUTLET.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the set meal but dun seem to worth the money. Maybe ala carte order maybe better. Soup is nice and they charge by heads when one took sauce or drinks regardless if the other took or not. Overall, nice dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price of the meals here are reasonable for the food quality and quantity. Their mala and pork bone soup base are better than average. Outlet concept and deco looks retro type and nicely lit. A good option if looking for a comfortable and decent place to have hotpot that is not as expensive as Hai Di Lao and not low end. The staff especially the manager at this outlet are very attentive and friendly.
