β β β β β The place has a good ambiance but the quality of massage is worse than a cheap massage parlor on the street sides. The masseuse did not understand English so I had to use my poor Mandarin. I had to ask for a stronger massage like five times because the massage did not feel like anything, and whenever I asked for more pressure, the masseuse gave me an attitude so I asked for a change, which she did not understand (or maybe she pretended). I really regret purchasing a package but I already fell for it. I heard the truely helpful massages are only at traditional Chinese medical clinics, but I have yet to try one.

β β β β β Enjoyed my mandi lulur massage treatment, therapist Adelina was gentle and showed great concern for me throughout my 90mins. Been going to The Ultimate for over 15 years since it was first set up at the Shaw Centre and haven't regretted since!

β β β β β The body masseur is very detail and experienced in massaging. I feel my body relaxing and quite painful in certain body points and jointing. After massage and meriden I can feel I will rest and sleep more.

β β β β β I went for the 60 mins body massage + scrub. The receptionist said the scrub will take about 15 mins. So prepare for 75 mins for relaxation.
1) Towards the end, the lady massage my breasts without asking or informing me. This is shocking! Shouldnβt she ask first? I went numerous spas and massage place and none of them ever massage my chest!
2) She also did the body scrub less than 8 mins and my massage was also cut short. It ended 12 mins early. So instead of 60 + 15 it became 48 + 8. Almost 20 mins, thatβs a big time difference!
3) After my shower, I still need to walk out to reception with my wet hair to ask for hair dryer.
4) Every time go, always ask to buy package. When never buy, face black black instead of being professional.
Do not cheat your customers for our time as we all make time to go for massage to relax.
1 star for the luxurious interior.

β β β β β Loved my experience at The Ultimate Spa. The space is beautiful and the service is impeccable. I had a wonderful body scrub treatment and a body massage that was so great Iβm almost sad I missed most of it because I was fast asleep. The services and packages are well worth the money for a self care treat or a gift for someone else!
