β β β β β Food and drinks are affordable and delicious. Tried the pastas and toasts, the cream base pasta and peanut butter toast are my favourite. The iced milo special is superb too! Will definitely come back for more :)

β β β β β This is one of the more budget friendly cafes in the area as the cafe is situated in NYP library. Price is around 5 to 6 bucks for its pasta, and the quality of the pasta is beyond the expectation you would have for pasta of this price range. Definitely recommend especially if you're working or studying nearby.
Oh try the Milo too, which has a pinch of cocoa in it. Rather unique.

β β β β β Really busy place in the NYP library where you an enjoy food and drinks as you work on your impending task deadlines . Drinks and food are cheap and nice. Although it's quite noisy here even though it's in side the Library ?
