Being my first time at physiotherapy after struggling with pain for such a long time, I really wasn't expecting this type and level of experience! Shiqi was both patient and helpful throughout the process, especially at the start when I was uncomfortable/ unsure about naming my pain/ type of pain since I am not naturally used to these practices. She also took time to sense-make and explain my conditions (the causes and effects of) to me during the assessment, and is definitely experienced and knowledgeable, although that comes with many medical jargons–to which I had to ask questions. As a person who is averse to massages, I have to say that physiotherapy is not like massage, it really feels like a proper treatment whereby your vital pain points/ spots are relieved. Physio feels like treating our invisible wounds but with care. Towards the end, the home-recovery exercises made me feel equipped to do something about my own pain (in a sustainable and affordable manner… since cost is always a concern for me), and while there were 3 to 5 days of soreness after the treatment, I recovered well! Side note to pastry lovers, Tiong Bahru Bakery is right downstairs, and serves as a perfect treat after the treatment!

My daughter is an active bowler, and always have muscle-ache problems. Peh Chia has always been very professional, attentive and great in identifying the underlying issues of her sports-related pain and resolving them. Highly recommended!!

It was my first time going to a physiotherapist for an injury. I got an ankle sprain due to accident. Pei Chia helped me recover quickly and guided me with some exercises on how to strengthen my injured ankle. Amazing process all the way. Highly recommended!

Detailed consultation was done before determining which area to concentrate on for pain management. The physiotherapist then proceed with sports massage, concentrating on the area of concern. In between treatment, he constantly asked if the strength was too weak or too strong to ensure that we feel comfortable. After sports massage of about 40min, the physiotherapist did 15 min of radio-frequency on my neck (I have stiff neck). After the session, I feel my neck and shoulders more relaxed. Enjoyed the session.
