β β β β β Prices are reasonable but what matters most is the exemplary service provided by both theΒ franchiseeΒ (Md Noor) and staff (Naina). Both are very polite, friendly, knowledgable and willing to share invaluable tips on how to take care of your preloved shoes, and there is absolutely no pressure to buy their products or services at all! In terms of service level, this unassumingΒ shop beats many "big brand" stores in Singapore hands-down. Kudos to both of you if you are reading this and I wish you every success in whatever you do. If you are reading this review (as a potential customer), check them out by standing around to observe how they serve their customers and you will believe what i wrote above. ;) Cheerio.

β β β β β Been here today after being turn down by similar Mister Mint in Tampines 1, probably diff management,I must say the reviews I read are useful indicators that your staff(Mr Noor )is a gem.Firstly signage at shop stated that he is out for break but before time he is already back at work and he did my shoe repair perfectly with added polishing . Definitely will recommend others to come here TQ again.

β β β β β Thanks very much to the staff at Mister Minit Hougang for your help with my boxing shoes! Staff are very knowledgeable about shoes and what can/cannot be done with them, bearing their function in mind. I also shared that I got the shoes glued at Waterway Point but the glue didnβt last very long. The staff at Mister Minit Hougang then helped me re-glue the shoe for free because I had trouble with the previous fix! Really appreciate it and canβt wait to enjoy my newly-fixed shoes. Thanks much :)

β β β β β Took my timberland boots and onitsuka tiger sneakers for sole replacement and I couldn't be happier with the results, much thanks to Mr Noor!
The replacement took about 2 weeks with the pricing of the boot sole at $120 and the sneaker sole at $90. Considering that they are both leather uppers which are very lasting, I would say that the price for the sole replacement is reasonable and it was very well done.
Will definitely be back again for future shoe repairs!
