My wife and I got married in November 2018 and we're so glad that we decided to go with The Wedding Entourage! Our wedding had about 300 guests and the entire wedding went without a single hiccup! Happiest day of our lives! The team is awesome - all of the heavy lifting, concept work, design morphology was executed precisely by TWE without hassle or drama. They work extremely closely with their extensive list of partners, including gown designers, stylists, videographers, photographers, florists, audio & visuals (a lot of people forget this one and then the oomph on the wedding day isn't as impactful; AV is really important!), and even general contractors (for those massive weddings that require some sort of construction; I've not experienced that - maybe next time :D). Our ideas (who am I kidding: my wife's ideas) were all transcribed perfectly; the most impressive part of their work was fitting all of her ideas into a budget that I could manage (phew!). They're a bunch of kind, understanding and encouraging folk who've seen enough wedding drama from years upon years of experience and are empathetic to your would-be wedding plight: Panicky crying fiancee? Ask TWE for help. Mother-in-law and your own mother think they're wedding planners? Not a chance with TWE; and they won't destroy your already tenuous relationship with your mothers: You've got the rest of your life to ruin that! Food tasting not going in the direction you wanted? TWE is your bridge to communicating your criticisms to the chef without destroying his ego! What I'm saying is that TWE goes wayyyy beyond what you'd expect from a planner - they're not some lifeless company that just wants your money: They're really there for you, and you can feel it. The service beyond just wedding planning and their empathetic team is the reason TWE excels at what they do, and why I feel they're the premier wedding planning company in Singapore. So, if you want a great wedding without drama and hassle, and you want your planning phase to basically run on autopilot - then go with TWE. You won't regret that you did! I first saw how dedicated the team at TWE was when my brother engaged them. They started on the project for more than a year. From choosing the hotel to managing family expectation, crafting up the detail and decoration for the actual day. Gosh so much effort and sweat for a one day affair. And you know it is not just one more wedding for them. It is creating the one special wedding for you! So no brainer I got to engage them for my own wedding. This time, same company, different team yet posses the same dedication! Result was amazing. And I never look back on the decision I make ❤️

I’m very thankful to have engaged Pei Yen and her team at TWE to help us with our wedding. Their experience and support was a blessing - It kept our bickering to a minimum, gave us great ideas and settled all the logistics for us while keeping everything (relatively) within budget. During the process they went above and beyond during the food tasting, gown selection, floral arrangement and various other key points. We were constantly impressed. We were able to enjoy the wedding day itself as we could trust them to execute everything without fail, from chasing down errant parents wandering around to dabaoing vegetarian food for a guest. Highly recommended, the wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them!

Horrible experience dealing with them. After I've arranged everything with them and relied on them for my special day, they pulled out of the event and decided to go with a client who "apparently" had moved their wedding day forward. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL and never dealing with them again!!!!!! BEWARE.

Engaging The Wedding Entourage as our wedding planner was the best decision we made as a couple for a stress-free journey. TWE is very responsive and professional throughout the whole process. Their recommendations were always given with our comfort in mind. What I especially liked about the team is their ability to provide personalized touches to our wedding via various details throughout the ceremony. This made our wedding uniquely ours which the guests took notice of as well. The feedback from all our guests was that the wedding went extremely smoothly and TWE had many praises from our satisfied guests! Definitely recommended to engage them :)

Pei Yen and Caroline worked with our nonsensical ideas to give us the coolest and quirkiest wedding we could ask for - beer cans for vases, a stacked donut cake, and a soju bomb train were just some of the theatrics they planned for our big day. They are incredibly fun-loving and imaginative professionals and every interaction with them was enjoyable. They pushed us to explore and think deeply about what we truly wanted for our big day. Despite our tight budgets, they were always suggesting creative solutions and found workarounds so that we didn’t have to sacrifice on our vision. We held our wedding in an offsite event venue that only provided the space, which meant that we had to engage external vendors for everything including food, drinks, decorations, furniture. The team went out of the way to take care of everything from planning, designing, to liaising with vendors. They became our pillar support through all the challenges that came along the way and made sure that everything went smoothly, and we did not have to worry about a single thing. With their creativity, experience, and established connections, TWE brought to live a wedding concept that was far surpassed what we conceived at the start. It was a dream come true and we enjoyed every moment of it together with our closest friends and family. TWE is known by most for their ability to create grand ballroom wedding experiences, but we highly recommend TWE to those looking for a small/cosy, unique, and quirky event as well.
