This review is one year late, I had my wedding last year today! During our wedding preparation in late 2019, we had contacted and interviewed numerous wedding planner and honestly Rosette was not in our shortlisted list. We actually had selected our planner and was about to kick start the planning process. However, among all the planners we contacted during our selection process, Rosette was the only one that made the effort to follow up with us twice after our first enquiry, proactively called us to learn more about our needs and how they could work with us. We are not celebrities nor did we have a big budget, yet they were sincere and determined. It was the passion of Jermaine Tan from Rosetta that changed our mind and finally decided to work with them. We were very impressed with her professionalism and helpfulness. She was always there to give advice or help even in matters that were not listed in the package. Honestly, we were not easy client to handle, we had very high standard to our requirements and one of us is a total control freak (me) .She is very calm and patient in managing us. Due to the covid situation last year, there were many last minute changes before the wedding but she and her team were able to accommodate and systematically made the adjustment. We are impressed by their efficiency. Our wedding was a great success and till this day, it is still the talk among friends and families. Other than it was the last wedding most of them attended in 2020 but also for the lovely experience. We very well know that this smooth execution would not be possible without the detailed preparation work and strong support from Jermaine and her team. Thank you Jermaine and team, we are so… so blessed to have you helping us in this journey. To all the new couples reading this review…you will be in good hands with Jermaine and her team working on your wedding.

I enjoyed my planning journey with Hellen. She was very understanding and patient with my ever-changing situation due to covid. There wasn’t any hard selling of package and she was accommodating with my requests. I panicked when I realized my decor provided from hotel was very basic and it was 2 days away from wedding. Thankfully, Hellen managed to transform the venue within short notice into something fairytale-like which all my guests were very impressed with. It was a challenge but the team nailed it. Highly recommended!

I am very lucky to have gotten Rosette Designs for my wedding. First I reached out to them to help me with additional styling for my intimate wedding, which turned out to look so good (thankyou Hellen!). But I also got them to help me with my Day Coordination. Honestly, I feel this was the secret to my day's success! I am beyond grateful to Vivienne and her team of superstars on the day. While there were some technical delays on the streaming, they kept their cool - and mine as well - and they made sure everything flowed smoothly from there. Honestly, the actual celebration went by like a blur and all I can remember was just feeling so so happy, and not worrying about anything! Special shout to Vivienne because she really took care of me -- a month before the wedding and until the logistics of returning all the wedding items a few days after. We all know that wedding planning can be stressful, but she helped ease my stress by being the OIC for the coordination with the wedding team - from the events place (1Host/Summerhouse), to the photographer/videographers (Bridelope/Senica), to livestream/band/host (Merrybees), to also contacting our solemniser. What I appreciated most too is she always updates me even before I asked for anything, and also, reminds me of our "to-do's" to ensure we don't miss out. And as shared above, on the day of my wedding, I have nothing to worry about except to enjoy my day with my hubby and loved ones. Thank you Vivienne, Hellen and Rosette Design for all the help, and I cannot recommend you enough! For all the future brides out there! Overall, we are happy with the photo gallery and reception table decorations by Rosette Designs & Co. The decorations were well done and aesthetically pleasing. However, throughout the wedding planning, Rosette Designs & Co were on the slow side when responding to email queries. This caused us to constantly wonder if they have received our email. We felt that this is something that they could take note of and improve. Nevertheless, the communication follow up closer to the wedding day via WhatsApp was satisfactory and prompt.

We engaged Rosette for our wedding day coordination as we did not want to trouble our friends to help out as bridesmaids and groomsmen! And it turned out exactly like what we had hoped for, our friends all commented that they had fun and were relaxed during our AD. We felt like every dollar spent to engage Rosette was well spent~ Jermine and team were the MVPs of our wedding! Their service was beyond our expectations, they helped me hold my dress, fix my bouquet, and settled other miscellaneous/last min admin tasks on the AD, on top of excelling at their core job scope. At times, it even felt like Jermine and gang was our bridesmaids LOL!! My fam loved them too, and wouldn't stop praising them. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!! <3<3

Looking back, we were really glad to have engaged Rosette for our big day! A big thank you to Hellen, Vivienne and their team for helping us with the wedding deco and actual day coordination. Our guests were very impressed by the team’s service and attention to details! Hellen gave us suggestions on what we can include as part of the deco and I have to say, we received a lot of compliments, especially for our photo gallery! Vivienne and her team who is overseeing the actual day coordination was very on the ball and everything went very smoothly! My friend who was giving a speech that day mentioned that that she was very nervous and Vivienne actually tried to calm her down before she went onstage. A little effort goes a long way! Thank you once again! :)

The Best decor team I have seen so far. They were a super awesome bunch of people who pay a lot of attention to details and ensure u get exactly what u want. They made my wedding hall a very beautiful place. Loved each and every decorations especially the beautiful aisle. My wife was simply amazed. Even if it was late at night, they still helped in the floor planning. Replies were super fast. Especially during this Covid period, there were so much of changes to the plan and they accommodated to each one of them. Please book them with confidence. We engaged Rosette Design for their decoration and coordination services pre covid. There were many changes along the way but Hellen and team were extremely accommodating and flexible. It was an incredible experience working with them and they have delivered more than we asked for. Jermine and her team of coordinators made the actual day such a breeze for us. We are so grateful and thankful for their help. Our wedding would not have been so smooth without them. All in all, we are so glad to have gone ahead with Rosette and no regrets!
