★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, their noodles are chewy, as what any wanton noodles with the usual mee kia will taste like. The sauce mix was heavy in oyster sauce and pork fat. In a way, we could say it is the “traditional” way, or what everyone are used to in Singapore, or we could say it was done in the right way.
