I had a great cleaning here last month - very informative doctor!

5* for the good professional service few yrs back when there isn't any review function. After hopping a few dental clinics nearby, I guess i will be back soon..

Dentist Dr Young cancelled my appointment last minute although I made it one week ago, arrived an hour early on the day but got a call 30 mins before the appointment from the Receptionist while I was at the Plaza already, claiming an emergency. What about my teeth and my emergency too? The receptionist did not offer to reschedule nor ask about my dental issue and whether it was an emergency, nor offer another dentist in the vicinity. It was very unprofessional for them to leave a Patient high and dry (my teeth had been hurting and now after all the appointment, transport all the way there, no one seemed to care if I needed assistance too).

Called in to ask if they used articane as a numbing agent as i am allergic to it. Said that i need to walk in and pay for a consultation to know? Ridiculous.

Dr Young is passionately committed to her patient’s dental (and over all) health. She uses cutting edge technology. She carefully informs about the benefits and possible downsides /costs of each option and empowers her patient’s to freely choose what best fits their needs. She is swift but not hasty or careless, concerned to intervene and minimise damage and maximise health as soon as possible. Superlative service.

I second Dave Hogan's review. Dr Young is passionately committed to her patient’s dental (and over all) health. During my visit, she taught me when to floss (i.e. *before* brushing teeth) and how to do it. And I need to relax my face when brushing teeth to prevent receding gums on the long term. Dr Young is aware of the latest developements in dental implants. She carefully informs about the costs, benefits and potential downsides of each option. So that her patient may then choose what best fits their needs. She is swift and not hasty nor careless, concerned to minimise damage and promote exiting gum and teeth health. One small area for improvement: no known email or Whatsapp for initial inquiries. I suppose the upside is this enables for better focus on the patient during office hours. Awaiting Dr Young's written recommendations when I next pop by her dental clinic.

Oral health is extremely important to me, and since the dental setting is very intimate, I believe finding a dentist I feel comfortable with is essential. I am so glad I finally found one after searching for the past few years. Dr Young is non-judgemental and warm, often collecting her patients from the reception and escorting them personally to the treatment room. She is perceptive and meticulous, making me feel safe in her hands during treatments. Dr Young is not like any other dentist. Her oral health advice for her patients are all personalised and only given after careful examination of their dentitions. For example, I never knew why my gums were slightly inflamed despite using the correct flossing technique. Dr Young was the only dentist who told me why and gave me a solution. Thanks to her, my gums are pink and so much healthier now. Therefore, I highly recommend Dr Young's dental services to all.
