z	zw z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it stated the clinic close at 1pm but when i arrived the clinic at 12:30pm, the clinic was already closed. I tried to call the clinic before 12:30pm for so many times, no one pick up. The nurse was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, she would read out loud your name, the illness and the test result via the phone!!

We requesting your Receptioniest Madam to be polite with Visitors as her voice so angry and without getting Dr. appointment we walkout from the Clinic.
E	Emilia Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointed that they think female issues that are not related to pregnancy are small issue even though it is a recurring one which the clinic has record of. This is both from receptionist and doctor. During first visit to doctor, I can already feel that my issue was being seen as small issue when it brought a lot of stress and anxiety because of discomfort. But all of these were not regarded as important as someone who is pregnant. I hope you know that your clinic don't just service the pregnant ladies crowd based on the list of service you provide. I wouldn't recommend this clinic that disregards female issues.
F	Fil Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the clinic to enquire on appointment booking for women's issue. Was surprised when the receptionist kept giggling when asking me questions on my issue. To make it worst, before the call got disconnected, I could hear her telling part of my issues and giggle to her colleagues. I find it so disrespectful. Luckily I make the call first before going to the clinic. I can definitely foresee how I will be treated when I go over to the clinic.
S	Sharon Quek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love how streamline the process for appointment and checks are. The nurses are really friendly and caring as well. Dr Claudine tan is also very candid and no nonsense which gives practical advises and professional views. Love the vibe and the ease of visit.
P	Pei Qing Leow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had both my pregnancies checkup and babies (2017 and 2022) delivered by Dr Claudine Tan. Want to say a big thank you to the Dr Claudine and her nurses for the care and excellent service given. I did not have to wait long for my appointment for every visit. And even though it’s a small clinic, I am always able to find a seat. The nurses team (3 ladies) are polite and friendly and caring as well. Would like to address their names here but 2 of the ladies were too shy to let me know their names. Dr Claudine must be a very good boss because this team of nursing angels has always stayed the same and never change. Dr Claudine is very friendly, candid, decisive and flexible. She makes every checkup a comfortable process. Both my c sections did not have Any keloid scars , her stitching skills is definitely superb. The whole delivery process was very smooth too. Definitely recommend Dr Claudine tan and her team for O&G services ??
