I called the clinic today, 30.12.2020 @1540hrs to schedule an appointment with Dr Goh after reading some reviews. I felt that the receptionist was not at all serious about my call. She did not even find out what's the cause or how urgent my condition is for me to consult the doctor. Instead she asked only two questions which was: one, am I pregnant and two, if I've visited the clinic before. My answer was no to both and she gave me a single reply that the next date Dr is available will be in Feb. So is it that if I'm not pregnant, I wouldn't be able to see the doctor immediately? I am totally unhappy to know that a private clinic has not made any attempt to find out what's going on with me. I wouldn't need to consult a doctor if there isn't a need. I hope that your receptionist is more concerned over the patients' and callers' health. Thank you.

After reading some review about Dr Goh, We discussed to give it a try. But whereas I felt that the receptionist was not serious at all, towards the customer like us. Didn't bother about taking initiative asking what is happening/how many months pragnancy whether straightaway need to take up packages or not. The receptionist didn't treat her job seriously when at the counter or in a phone calls still act like Zootopia(sloth) talking ultimately slow and think it is funny. At that time my wife about 3-4month maternity but still can't take the follow up packages. What nonsense to be money sxxxxer also need to use the Brain. Very disappointed having this type of employees sooner or later reputation will affected badly. So think carefully before you decided to give it a try.

Dr Goh is a very pleasant, gentle and empathetic gynae. Highly experienced and cautious as well. Extremely pleased with her service and the team at SL Goh Women's Clinic. Will definitely return to her clinic for prenatal care in the future!

Dr Goh is very experienced. She is reassuring and gentle, yet cautious. She gives clear answers to my questions, is supportive of my goal for natural birth and gives advice along the way on how I can achieve this. We made the decision together to induce the birth of my first child and I couldn't be happier with this because my baby was on the big side and as it turned out, was already difficult to push out at 38+w.

1 star for Gynae issue. I was a patient with Dr Goh and delivered both my girls with her. She was great and friendly with her ever smiley face, I did not feel rushed at during my appointment with her last time. However, today I'm extremely disappointed with her clinic staff. Similar to feedback from other reviewers, it seems they are only prioritize pregnant ladies, because that's where the money is. The staff has only asked me ONE and ONLY question which is ARE YOU PREGNANT? When I said no, she immediately tell me the next appointment available for appointment is in November. No other follow up questions to see if I was a returned patient, why do I want to see Dr Goh, is there any urgency in seeing Dr Goh. Even as a returned patient, I'm viewed as not important as i'm not pregnant. I saw the response from clinic to other reviewers, that it is because new patients' appointments are all taken up. I wonder if you do retain one or two slots per day for patients who genuinely need gynae consultations immediately? I'm also in healthcare line and I understand that many patients'/customers very much prefer to go back to the same doctor because the doctor will have their medical history. If patient is having some symptoms that could potentially point to something more serious (layman might not know what symptoms will need immediate attention) and require immediate attention, having your nurse telling patients to wait 2 months for next appointment might be actually detrimental to the patients' condition. If all the clinics concern is to ask if the patient is PREGNANT or not, then I suggest that your clinic just focus on obstetrics ONLY. Otherwise, start training your staff to ask relevant questions to recognize symptoms that require immediate attention. If you have urgent gyanecological concern, do not consider this clinic. They will not entertain you.

Insincere , worst O&G doctor we ever met. After 1st appointment we write off everything and changed to another doctor. Missed so many things in her ultrasound scan. Incredible! Expressionless. Disinterested. Unprofessional. Receptionists are worse. Haphazard and disorganized. Put patients at risk. Can’t believe she is a mother of 3 + years of experience. Yet gave such bad service and unprofessional attitude towards pregnant ladies.

I moved to her clinic from Raffles and I was extremely happy and impressed with Dr SL Goh. She's very knowledgeable, listens and gives you best advices, highly experienced. She deals everything in calm demeanour and has a quick understanding on my situation. Thanks to her my pregnancy up until delivery went smooth!

Dr Goh is a professional who is great at what she does and with good bedside manners to boot. Prices are extremely affordable and the counter staff are super efficient in managing the entire administrative process, making each visit fuss free and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to any mother planning or going to have her baby.
