Sells many different types of breads, buns, rolls, etc from their own bakery. Dated : 16/08/2017 ( Wednesday ).

There is one lady name and Li or Lee had a very rude service at Amk MRT Station. She should go for a basic customer service training on how to treat or serve a customer with respect and polite when we come to the shop and buy your things.

The doriyaki stall they opened are not operated honestly in our opinion. 1) There was no pricing indicated of the Doriyaki. 2) We were told that CDC vouchers could be used and combined with Thousand Deli BEFORE buying. But after the aunty packed everything, she said it cannot be combined, and we cannot use CDC vouchers for it. 3) Even when we said if cannot use CDC vouchers we are not interested, she insisted that since she packed already, need to pay SGD8. In the spirit of Christmas, decided to just pay up and treat it as charity. However, review written as a form of feedback and my experience as of 27/Dec/2021. The doriyakis were really bland and lacking of taste. For 1.60, it is a rip off. I would rather have the waffles for 1.70. But dont think i will be visiting their store again soon as a sign of protest towards unethical business methods. *Noticed that another reviewer "Anthony Tan" had the similar comments of being ripped off. Would suggest that if subsequent and more people are not being treated appropriately, to file a report on them based on our comments.

Ordered waffles to be slightly more cooked as the normally cook it a bit under (fluffy). Cashier acknowledged it, but when i was collecting the waffles, i asked if it is slight more cooked. The cashier simply replied that it is not, and that the filling has been added and nothing can be done. Simply pathetic customer service. The 2 star rating is for their other breads which are of acceptable quality.

Cheap breads and buns affordable prices in the neighbourhood. Their waffles are great too. Opened till 10pm+. Updated: their recent doriyaki are rip off. Per pc is freaking $1.60 when the staff told me its $1.60 for both. In the end was charged $3.20 for two small pathetic blandness cake!
