There is a nothing much a patient can expect, Doctor Lee carefully listened to me and done the treatment very smoothly while having two shaky teeth. Also very helpful staff as well as genuine price range. Will highly recommend!!!

I went to a few other clinics for consultation before I decided to have my braces done here because Dr Low didn't just simply recommend me what I want. He exercised his professional judgement and was honest about which treatment will work and will not work for me. No sugar coating, no hard selling and no recommendation of unnecessary expensive treatments. Last but not least, special thanks to Scarlet and Grace who always make me feel so welcomed at the clinic. They are always helpful, patient and professional in their dealing with patients. The three of them made my 2.5 years braces journey a smooth and pleasant one despite of Covid 19 happening during this time. So, here's a 5 star review for you guys because you guys earned it. :)

He was warm, patient and really took the time to reassure me before the surgery. Overall the surgery itself was as painless as possible and the clinic staff (especially the reception aunty) were amazing, friendly and helpful. A really good experience.

Locum dentist Dr Chu was nice, reassuring and professional throughout the procedure. The dental assistant (didn’t manage to get her name) was especially professional, nice and caring. She went the extra mile to ensure that I was feeling ok and comfortable, applying medicated oil, massaging my arms and cleaning my sweat while I laid down and rest. She’s really a gem ?. Thank you for the great service!

Ann provided great support so I was able to stay calm. Clinic staff Grace was of great help in arranging an appointment, she also provided good aftercare service. Definitely recommend TSD Hougang! ?

Usually need to made appointments but the staff graciously slot me in between their busy sessions for the doctor to check my status. Fortunately nothing of immediate concerns for me and good advices from the doctor to monitor my tooth. Recommended to go back two days later for cleaning. Went back for a good cleaning by the doctor who let me know the cleaning process which is relaxing, especially when we tends to get a little tense in a dentist's chair. :) She also advise the status of my teeth. Very attentive service given by doctors and staff. Am confident of the attentive care of TSD Hougang.
