★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know that all our health care facilities are all busy that is why I booked my queue online so I can just pop up on time. But when I reaches the place, the receptionist informed me that they are closed and they don’t accept the q r code that I booked at the moment. Why do they have those kind of online booking and yet they won’t accept it. I even ask the lady if they can give an exemption because Im not really feeling very well and I have positive ART kit showing on my result. She talked to the doctor on the small windows and still said I have to go to there other branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic closed at 1pm but registration closed at 1145pm!! What kind of service is this?? The lousiest raffles clinic in the region! Not bothered to ask what was our medical problem!!!! Simply chased out the patients!!! Not entitled for 1 star also!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The male counter guy in this Hougang Central Raffles Medical has very poor customer service. I was here the first time and how will I know there is a 2nd level within the clinic. *Do take note the entrance to 2nd level is beside the water dispenser in case you are first timer.* The number display don't seem to work at level 1 and no one calls me. I have to walk up and knock on the consultation room to check.
Moreover, other clinics of Raffles Medical do ask about any insurance card. He still expect me to provide it in the first place. Such a poor attitude, this will be my first and last visit here in this Raffles Medical at Hougang Central.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited last week (fri). Not sure why the bad reviews but my experience at the clinic was great. The swabber has carry out the swabbing very professionally. I think that its the least uncomfortable swab test I’ve ever experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them at 11:15am, was told that they do swab and reporting to MOH. Rushed cab down and arrived at 11:25am and told that registration has closed. Their usual lunch timing closes at 1am. Did not even inform that registration is closed over the phone. Very rude female Indian counter staff told me to come back after 3pm when they open at 2pm after lunch. No queue number given too. I understand the queue is long. But they have totally zero customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come here only for serology test, come for 4pm appointment, wait until 6pm and never get called. I cannot imagine what will happen for people with severe problems when they need to wait this long .... If you have a lot of free time, you are very welcome to spend it here (outside the clinic) because it would be very well WASTED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to clinic at almost 11am, when i made my registration i was told that there was only 2 patients in front of me. Upon registration i was asked to do ART because i had flu and cough symptoms. Process was fast until after my ART i wasn’t aware that my queue number was already called. And i wasted almost 30 mins. Wish there is better process
