โ โ โ โ โ I was having problems due to my consistent cramps and turned to TCM for help. I was surprised they had such an extensive range of Chinese herbs (ๅฝๅฝใๅ
ๅ) and other medicines which made me spoilt for choice. Thankfully, there was a helper at the counter who helped me pick out the relevant herbs based on their long-standing experience and I really appreciated the service. Will be back again in the near future.

โ โ โ โ โ i ordered chinese medication and was supposed to collect on 6th April but couldn't make it on that day to collect. The next day was 1st day of "circuit breaker", and they were nice enough to deliver to Hougang. Great customer service, will patronise them again when things are back to normal......

โ โ โ โ โ Never felt so angry before. Asked for the uncle to take the medical herbs for me and showed him the Chinese prescription. He said he is not god and he cannot read from the phone even though it is expanded for him. And then I said ok lor and yet he is still mumbling and scolding me ?
Never feel so angry as a customer.

โ โ โ โ โ Very arrogant attitude of the young man at counter !! Bought packet of few dollars herb as he insisted the herb is the one I mentioned. I verified online and few minutes later back to the shop to return the herb as website clearly shown different photo of the herb that I mentioned. He told me that there is no refund. I picked up AAA and AA batteries which costs 20 cents more than the packet of the herb, paid the 20 cents. Before leaving, asked him need to change the receipt, he said no? ?
