★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service staff ever. Complaining about customers in front of other customers. Had to ask for a bag after my purchase. Staff screamed across the shop to another staff about not buying her bubble team. Thanks for ruining the Innisfree brand for me and many others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ someone who really loves skincare especially from Korea itself . the employees are really nice , if you have any questions you can ask them . their face masks like super affordable , good quality . as for concealer , only three shade . it's light for me so do try it out on yourself before buying . their products are all really good . my number 1 most favourite place in bedok mall !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went yesterday to buy Bija Cica Balm kit after seeing in internet about the mini travel kit. The employee spoke rudely when asked questions about product. Felt she had no interest in answering to me since I was Indian. She was speaking nice to other Singaporeans. Felt racial experience for the first time in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Korean skincare and am a fan of Innisfree. Great that they have an outlet here. Really convenient. One of the outlets I usually go to. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Occasionally when the shop is a little crowded, I notice the staff will usually serve the female customers first. Not sure if it’s because I’m a guy and it’s weird for a guy to be shopping for skincare. But I don’t really care/ mind as I’m kind of familiar with Innisfree and roughly know what I need to get. Skincare and cosmetics are affordable and of good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting in the queue for 45 min!!!! And there was two people queuing only. There r two cashiers n two workers but one is sweeping the floor… But there’s nothing that was swept maybe she was sweeping her luck away. Please be more attentive, you should always attend to your customers before sweeping the floor. Thank you not very much.Hope you guys still have luck after sweeping it all away.
