★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i went to buy thing at Tian Ma, Blk 827 Tampines in the evening and get scolded by one of the fierce woman counter staff. Seriously the woman is the most hostile, rude and impatient woman that I have met in my life like people own her million dollar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's this woman that has a very bad attitude. Whenever I pay for the items, she'll always sigh ( has little patience). Sometimes when I'm not sure about the total price and re confirm with her, she will show me a black face and give me cold shoulders. Tian ma is a big company that has many branches and I think that as a customer, you should work on your staffs' working attitude to prevent losing your reputation.
There's also a male staff that has a good service attitude and will answer to all my questions. Overall, he's a friendly and polite staff
