Surprisingly the chicken meat portion was bigger than previously. Overall more tasty than the main outlet @ Maxwell.
Okay not bad. The chicken meat is good. Chilli is good too. Rice abit plain. Pricing affordable. But good thing is No queue when i went there...lol As compare to the main stall over @ Maxwell ...Long Queue most of the time.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible experience; rude staff. Staff gave me wrong order and still insisted it was thigh meat; when it was clearly not. I subsequently ordered thigh meat takeaway for my family, and the meats looked and tasted distinctively different (breast vs. thigh). Will not come back again.

โ โ โ โ โ Please check your order. I asked for medium white chicken and small roast chicken they gave me reversed. Even after I triple confirmed. I like their chicken rice. Rice is slightly clumpy not fluffy but fine to me. The white chicken is moist, I like it. One of the better chicken rice i ate. Roast chicken is not bad too.

โ โ โ โ โ Above average roast chicken rice and soup. However, portion may be small for the price.
Rice: Fluffy, aromatic chicken rice (some may find it too watery). While the sauce was not ladled uniformly, the parts drenched with this soy sauce of goodness had an elevated kick of favourโmore than adequate to be eaten by its own.
Chicken: The chicken meat wasnโt succulent and the skin was a bit too tough, though the chicken was fairly well marinated. Note the chicken wasnโt boneless.
Soup: Tasty chicken broth with a punch of chicken flavour, but some may not appreciate the amount of MSG in it.
Overall, worth a try if youโre nearby.

Usual good old Tian Tian chicken rice (without the long queue) ?

โ โ โ โ โ Itโs equally as good as the Maxwell branch, minus the queue! The chicken is really good, even on its own with the brown sauce. Only con is that it gets sold out quite early into the evening!

Been eating for many years and I think they still aces it !
The portion was quite generous for $3.50
And the roast chicken was so tasty!
For soup lover, you may request for a big bowl of soup too!

โ โ โ โ โ Like the steam chicken more. The chicken meat is tender. The chicken gizzard is fresh and crunchy. Bean sprout with cuttlefish just average taste. Overall, the taste just average.
