Followed the Gym from Refuel because their coaches were the best. Introduced my boyfriend to join and was he loved every lesson. Thai Coaches and Pro MMA trainers makes lessons more rewarding. Corrected my mistakes. Highly recommended for everyone!

Great environment ?

It's a great place for anyone - from looking to learn about muay thai and boxing or simply an alternative form of exercising! I joined the gym with my girlfriend a month ago (me having some prior experience with muay thai and my girlfriend was completely new to it), but the mega friendly coaches here were able to cater to not only ours, but all the differing levels of experiences within the same class. The location is really fantastic! Accessible by public transport and ample parking spaces for those who drive, the gym is also situated amongst many food outlets. A great way to burn of calories before consuming more! Other than affordable classes (with the various promotions on different platforms) and friendly (and very knowledgeable and active) coaches, the gym also provides a nice lounging area with showering facilities to freshen up after an intense workout before heading out for the rest of your day. The other members are also really friendly, although it is game faces on as soon as class starts. Do give them a shot!
