★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female was nice but the male employee was super rude because we only just arrived 30 mins ago and didn't know we couldn't stand in certain areas , he told us angrily that this was our last warning or I will kick you out understand ? but no we only just heard about it like improve your customers service please ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place on 25th June evening. Daughter tried several times on playing the claw machine that could win mobiles, watches, wallet etc. This particular machine was just near the entrance beside Yole standing eating area. After trying out a few times, we knew how it will be like if we missed (the plastic drawer will just shake). However, the last try was just a scam. With a stranger couple witnessing us from behind, we saw the plastic drawer was open wide however something was holding to the prize box so it couldnt drop. I called the worker and he could not explain. The worker called another senior. He explained that the drawer will open and will definitely drop the item. After explaining, and he tried to reassure us that machine was working well. I could sense that he was fishy with his explanation. Will not consider to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I won so many toys from here! First tip, we only chose claw machines where the toys were close to the drop off point.
Other than that, have at it! We won 2 meat pillows (chicken wing and sausage), 2 Spongebob plushies (squidward and patrick), and 2 Animal crossing plushies (KK Slider and Isabelle).
We even informed the attendant that certain claw machines needed "rearranging" for toys to be actually won (and she did rearrange them!). The reality is that toys not even close to the edge have essentially zero chance of actually getting won, and if you are polite the staff will make sure your skill is not wasted on impossible challenges.
The air hockey table was fun too! Overall money spent was $25. We'd come back next time we're in the area (and also on a weekday in the early afternoon).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun games and could easily win a couple of items from here. Exchange money for tokens, games are generally priced 3 tokens for 1 game. Spent $20 for two people and had 1 hr of good fun. Need to play more I order to redeem smth for the tickets tho. Worth it
