I agree with some of the other reviews about the negative customer experience they faced at Bugis outlet. On Monday, 6 Sep around 7pm, I was playing the mini claw machines at the exterior area and managed to catch a toy but unfortunately the tag got stuck and was hanging by the chute. I tried a few more times but it wasn't helpful at all. Thus I approached a male staff and he said that he cannot give me the toy because it needs to drop entirely into the chute, together with its tag. I told him it is certainly not playable because the tag was already snugly fit inside and I wouldn't want to continue trying and waste my money. Fine if he was so insistent about it but what really put me off was his lousy attitude and what he said next! He said this, "I don't wish to be judged by my company" in an unfriendly tone and just simply walked off. Really stunned by his cold mannerism. I am very appalled because even the boss is so much more approachable and friendly and helpful. He would always offer to reset the toys in an easier position to make the customer experience better. Yet the staff's attitude is extremely different! I will not patronize the outlet anymore and wouldn't recommend too.

This review is on the indoor playground. Its highly not recommended. We were baffled at why our socks keep getting wet when we could not see any water on the mats, and then we realised that when we step on the seams that hold the mats together, water leaked into our socks! So it means that there is water below the mats. Yucks. Also the ball pit area had a lot of debris. We were so disgusted by the hygiene that we left in less than an hour. Went to Daiso at level 2 to buy new socks for everyone because we don't know how old or dirty the water was. We have been to many indoor playgrounds, big and small, but we have never been to such an unhygienic one.

Love their funny and friendly service staffs. Always approachable to help out if you have problems with your ticket machines.

It has been fun over the pass 3 to 4 years with this arcade catching plush and my kids with the indoor playground but today could possibly be the last day my family will ever visit this arcade chain again. What happen was there is a technical fault with one of the catcher machine at kallang branch so when Paco staff came to assist and I explain the fault so he straight tell me off you miss the timing so the claw close in mid air and he can't refund the 3 tokens. And I ask what is the timing set? As I was only using about 10 seconds to position the claw as I'm already sure where to place the claw before inserting the tokens as I know there is a time limit. HE TOTALLY COULD NOT TELL and he say all machine different so he cannot remember all. End of the story is I told their staff, its only 3 tokens I do not need their trust on this as the staff is so eager to defend and doubt what I say. As there are times some machine may have fault but I do not want to trouble their staff as I caught quite a few plush so a few token loss won't hurts. Still the attitude of people working there seriously is very poor at handling customer and seriously the machines are also getting harder to catch any plush this year especially. Owner do let me know if you want to know which staff was I mentioning here, no intention to shame him or your company publicly. Just my honest thoughts about this matter and thinking will it be worth visiting your arcade again when elsewhere has better catch chance and much quality services. Importantly me and my family could have alittle fun WITHOUT any unnecessary stress. Do not come to responded for the sake of looking good on your side and keep that so call compensation to yourself which i do believe you are not sincere at all. I would not recommend anyone to visit this arcade chain.

Great place to have fun, play and excitement with your family and friends. A place to de-stress yourself and try your skill and luck with the claw machines around as well as the arcade games.The games here are for all ages.Full of exciting arcade games you can try.The place is so big and spacious which can really make you to spend the whole day here without feeling bored.The claw machines winning plushies are of good quality and they are all so cutes.Its really worth trying every claw machines here.Its a family entertainment place to spend your time here.

Very bad experience. Half the claw machines are scams. Even if you get tickets and hit the jackpot, the prizes that you can earn with tickets are way beyond anything and you have to play at least 100 times to get a prize that is actually worth it. The staff are not helpful; me and my friends tried a claw machine and it picked the stuffed toy up and dropped it and dragged it to the prize collection area. When we informed this to the staff, they were not considerate of it at all and just ignored us.

Came across the outlet at Kallang wave mall by chance. Didn't thought of going in but my kids pestered me to go in. First time here. Quite a lot of machines for young kids and family compared to other places. My kids had alot of fun. The price of tokens were of better value compared to places that uses cards. Read past reviews about staff being rude or difficult claw machines. But I think we are all humans, we have our bad & good days. The staff at Kallang were friendly and cheerful. They frequently readjust the toys in the claw machines to make it easier to grab.

The mainland Chinese staff who is working in this branch is very rude to the customers. Wanting to close the branch early at 2230(branch supposed to close at 2300 isn’t it?), he threatened to shut off the machine when I already have our credits in the machine beforehand. Though he offered to return the remaining tokens to me, there is no point returning the tokens to me as i do not frequent this place. Please be respectful to your customers and educate your employees well. For those people new to the place, be aware of the closing time too as they do not adhere to the operating hours totally. Service level: 0/10 Promotion: 9/10
