The puteri ayu was moist and fragrant pandan cake crowned with gula melaka and coconut. The kueh dadar’s softest smooth skin encases a white coconut filling that was juicy with a light crunch. Both were so delightful. The ondeh ondeh has a soft mochi like skin but the gula centre lacked the desired bursting effect.

Great traditional kueh and desserts! Bought their ang ku kueh, kueh salat, baked garlic bread (crispy) amongst others. Just know that the ladies here get a little blur and mix up orders between customers. I only noticed after I went away. Was wondering why my order seemed to be more expensive than it should be, then when I opened the box, realised I paid for additional kueh that another customer ordered. No issue for me, but I pity the other customer. Haha. Do try the packet garlic bread, can be kept for quite long and it's tasty too!

Orange Chiffon Cake. Yummylicious. So smooth and soft, Melts in the mouth and feels so light. Sugar levels just apt for the taste. Highly recommended ??

Last day of business today! Long queue to grab some Kueh. More cookies to buy. Mainly Kueh and swiss rolls. Queued for 40 mins to grab Kueh dadar abd tapioca cake. First time see got hainanese Kueh. Get 2 to try out. One dude bought 12 boxes of Kueh! Gonna miss their Chinese new year cookies and their delicious Kueh. Especially their Kueh dadar. Going to eat slowly.

Their kuehs are superb but don’t neglect their version of the humble chiffon cakes. Super soft and the flavour is top notch. The bakers earned their stripes making cakes and pastries, so that’s where their kungfu is the deepest

Kueh Dar Dar, Kueh Lapis, Lempur Udang, Kueh Ambon, steamed brown sugar tapioca, Putu Ayu, Ondeh Ondeh. Nostalgic Nonya kueh store Galicier Pastry in Tiong Bahru is shuttering their doors in June or July depending on the sale of their shop. We had to make two trips in the same day due to the goodies expected ready timing, i.e., 4pm for its Ondeh Ondeh and 6pm for its Putu Ayu. Their Kueh Dar Dar is available in the morning. My favourite is their Ondeh Ondeh which packs a sweet coconut sugar and a surprise find of the Lempur Dang!

Tasty kueh. Although prices might seen to be on high side... Love their chiffon cake & this biscotti. If u are getting the chiffon & cannot finish within the day, MUST keep it in your fridge. Do note that they open from 10am... not as what was written on the google.

Amazingly simple and delicious pastries from Galicier. The women in the shop are always working hard and that is lovely to see. The shop smells beautifully of the oastries and I always end up buying more than that I require! Always my go to gift for friends. I hope they can stay longer in business as I will really miss such a homely pastry shop which is a rarity these days. They make our afternoon teas so spl! Thank you!
