★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a takeaway of steamed chicken rice with added meat. Told the lady server that I want chicken end meat but instead they gave me chicken breast instead. Even charged me the price for chicken end. Very disappointed with the poor dining experience and lack of quality control. The breast meat were dry and powdery. A shame to the good reputation of the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 22 May Sunday. Long queue lunch time. Also told off no more white chic. But stall still has one to two. The auntie is very rude. Patronised roast chic from this stall and asked for ginger and she replied harshly. No ginger, just pour yourself in to your takeaway food yourself. Is she the owner? If so, never support these arrogant hawker. Business good and becoming so arrogant. Their chic rice is also not very nice but still get Michelin recommend. Michelin management still buck up too. Food not up to standard and got your recommendation and service is so bad too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the outlet today, waited more than 40 minutes to placed my orders. Waited another 20 minutes or so to finally get our food. They can managed to miss two items from my order.
Apart from the long wait and missing items, I realise that the staffs don't maintain their basic hygiene practice.
Hope the owner will look into this. Food quality is important but hygiene is even more important... hope that we don't hear story of hair in the food from the working staff...

Waited 40min just to order. When waiting for my food to be ready, then I realized why queue so long. The way they prepare is way too long, is just chicken rice. Put rice, chop chop chop chicken put, that's it. Restaurant and zi char also serve faster.
If food nice never mind, problem is the quality is mediocre at best. Rice not fragrant enough and a bit on the soft side. Chicken is dry also. If really need to force myself to say something nice, coriander is fresh. Last but not least, I got chicken bones in my boneless chicken rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really delicious chicken rice. chicken breast is soft and tender. rice is fragrant but not too overpowering or oily. stars given is for their food only.
problem lies with the inefficient staffing. person who is chopping takes their own sweet time. they have a stash of semi chopped chicken at the side but it still takes a really long time. maybe their knife is blunt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here's a tip, come to the stall before or after lunch and dinner. You won't even need to wait 10 minutes. Uncle at the cashier counter speaks clear and simple English. The soup was pleasant, the chili was perfectly balanced, the rice tasted good and the chicken was soft and tender. There was fresh coriander on top of the chicken, a nice touch. It's only $3.50 but the taste and portion exceeds the price.
