β β β β β i reached clinic at 4.30pm and was chased out by receptionist. don't understand why. went back the next day & after dr did ART, informed me that my medication was not in stock yet. doctor said cancelled the consultation but i checked & he claimed phpc. isn't that illegal?

β β β β β Horrible experience. They abused the system and charged patients unreasonably high for a visit! Not professional and only for money. Doctor is not caring and was busybody. Instead of asking whatβs the medical symptoms, he asked us where we work at etc. If possible, donβt visit this clinic. Totally bad experience and will not come again!

β β β β β One of the best clinics Iβve been to.
On first phone call to clinic to book appointment, the receptionist was the most polite and helpful person on the phone, compared to some clinics. FYI no appointment needed, walk-ins only.
Place is mildly Air-conditioned (too cold not comfortable for sick patients), but not crowded. More importantly, thereβs plenty of space and even a little toy corner that suffice to distract your little ones.
Lastly, the Malay doctor that tended to my kid was really engaging and helpful. Heβs also very good with kids.
Prices seem really affordable here so this will be my go-to clinic from now on.

β β β β β My hubby was attended by Dr Timothy. Went in to the room. Doctor asked him cough and flu right? Immediately poke nose and say you can leave the room now. No others question was being asked.
When receiving prescriptions running nose and cough medicine was given. We have to let the Recep know he is running a fever and she went to take paracetamol.

β β β β β Our first visit to this clinic. Was searching & calling for clinics as my toddler need to complete her 2nd dose northern strain vaccination. Receptionist, very friendly and gave me answers to my questions. Came down, clinic has a small play area for kids, not crowded but with very little air conditioned. Dr Azmi, a very humble doctor, he even came out of his room to call out to patients. Very caring doctor, even gave sticker to my toddler after vaccination. Thank you so much! Will def visit again.

β β β β β Really pleasant experience with Dr Timothy! I hesitated seeing a GP instead of a podiatrist for an ingrown toenail but Dr Tim was able to remove the offending nail segment quickly - at a fraction of cost that a private podiatrist wouldβve charged. 10/10 recommend if anyone is looking for a βmedical pedicureβ (not many GPs do this as I called a few clinics before finding this place). Appreciated doctorβs jokes and making me feel at ease as well. Will be back for future GP visits!
