★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff - Aloysious Tang. Passive aggressive when dealing with customers. The way he will treat you is like you owe him.
He gave me a deadline at 6PM on the same day to buy the car under my negotiated price, when all I asked for is a TIMELINE on the sales process.
Timeline - Noun.
Meaning: a schedule for when a process or procedure will be carried out.
Almost 2 months later, guess what? The car is still listed on SGcarmart. When I viewed the car, I was told it was already there for 1 month. Good luck. You get lousy salespeople, your inventory won’t move. Choose your staff properly.
