Worse than your imagination. Faking maid profiles, never stand on employer's sides. Unprofessional, cheating customers. I would like to put all the bad comments on it.

Took a myanmar chinese helper for children care. She is very attentive to my kids which im happy with her. Recommended by Erica from my maids station at Bukit Timah. She is strict with myanmar helpers. I also recomend friends to her and they are happy with their helpers too.

One thing I would like to credit is the staffs are excellent in explain and finding what I need. The services are there and will catch up with me if I needed help with maid issues eg counciling and translation. I have taken 3 fresh maids from them for past years. So far the maids worked for me are ok too.

My helper graduated from p3, however, in the helper profile, it showed the helper graduated from second school. Also the helper is no any training. Hard to training and communicate. The attitude of the agency is very poor.....

Approached the branch at Katong for the 2nd time to hire a new helper as the former helper wanted to leave within 1 year. I guessed it's most intent of Myanmar helper that they will leave after clearing their debt. Was met with rudeness during the 2nd time, probably as the former helper wanted to quit within 1 year and agency needs to get replacement. New helper arrived and wanted to quit within 1 week as she doesn't like to be supervised. Helper could not use microwave and stove despite one week of demonstrating and teaching. She has left the stove gas on fire twice and needs to be supervised whenever she needs to use the stove. When she got up to start her chores, all of need to wake up to help with all the appliances. She threw a tantrum and wanted us to call agency at 7.30am. When we tried to explain that agency is closed, she took a MOM pamphlet and insisted to call. MOM is not opened yet at 7.30am. Called the agency for assistance but agency promised to arrange an interpreter. Waited till noon and had to chase the agency. Helper did not want to wait and took her luggage from the store and started packing. Agency subsequently called and claimed that the helper told them that we wanted her to leave. And not the other way. Agency also doesn't want to listen to exact details. Very bad attitude. Strong not to use this agency. Will be working with MOM with this issue

We have been using this company for a while now. Not because they are good but only cheap. however, of late, the quality of the Myanmar maids that they bring in, have gotten worse. most came with non-committal attitude. 3-5 months and then request to leave. Not sure how the company shortlist them to begin with. Disappointed. the MOM rating speaks for itself.

Hired helpers from here 7 years ago and taking my second maid recently from them again! There were some hiccups along the way with my first helper (Communication mostly) but the agents never failed to solved it for me. The agent that i liaised with sourced the best suitable maid for me within 2 weeks. Thought quite a while before taking her to make sure she's here to work and able to work with my family long. So far, no problem but again communication. However, it takes time. No hidden costs as compared to other agencies but prices did shoot up from 7 years ago. Highly recommended, even recommended my relatives and they are pleased with the service. Agents even gave us their contact number to let us WhatsApp them just in case we can't get them in their office. At the end of the day, i think luck plays a part in getting a good helper. So i guess i'm lucky that my helpers are considered good.

Bad bad experience with this agency. Quality of their maids is bad. All don't wish to work for long term and can't perform simple household chores like cleaning or cooking. Always using handphone and not paying attention to the work. Bad attitude. I can accept unskilled workers but cannot accept bad attitude ones. Agency also collude with maids to defraud the loan payment before the maid complete their loan repayment period of 7 months. After 1 month maid will allege all sorts of ill treatment and report to MOM. Agency contract states that any investigation will void the refund of the outstanding loan.. This is unscrupulous and unfair to employers as agency and maid can collude to make untrue allegations against employers to void the loan repayment... Have since switch to another more honest agency... Avoid this agency at all costs
