We want to thank TLC for the great care, very systematic processes, organised and efficient team who is conscientious to details and made us feel assured that everything was in good hands. My grandma passed away close to midnight and we were scrambling for funeral home contacts, I was unsure about everything and reached out to Dennis. Despite me telling him I do not wish to commit to anything as yet, he was very kind to offer to come down to speak with the family in person at close to 2am. From the very first meeting he was dressed professionally, explained everything in great detail with an organised booklet. Showers of Love- procedure that is only offered at their funeral home. After the embalming, we were able to have personal moment with our dearly departed grandma, cleansed her, dress for her, choose a natural make up for her, have her hair done it the way she would have liked. Dennis and team made us feel super assured with the process, and guide us through it all every step of the way. Dennis is someone who is clearly passionate with what he is doing, and able to offer solutions to our problems. We were a tricky case where half-way through the funeral, we had family members down with covid and had to opt for a live streaming session, which was also done very efficiently Tentage - Even the tentage partner they work with, Alvin and his team was a very reasonable and efficient team Costs- Every price component was transparent and not ridiculously priced Overall, it was a very smooth experience and we would like to show our appreciation for whatever you have done for us. We highly recommend their professional services to anyone who is considering to engage in funeral home services for a dignified send off for their loved ones. Once again, thank you to the team at TLC!
