β β β β β Hypocrites as it is nice to young people only. Very impatient to old people and get very angry towards them. Don't bother to talk to them and keep asking questions from next kin. Show no respect to them. Don't bring old people there.

β β β β β Good doctor. Patiently explain and analyze my health condition. There's a few clinics nearby my house, but me and my wife choose to come here every time. He doesn't simply prescribe antibiotics, he will judge the severity and offer a few feasible options for us to consider. Probably that's why some time the queue may take a while.

β β β β β Dr Tng has been our trusted family doctor for the longest time and is always caring towards his patients! He always makes good decision and yesterday, he made the right call to refer my wife to the A & E which prevented further damage. The waiting time might be long at times but thatβs because he doesnβt rush through the process and takes his time to give a thorough diagnosis!

β β β β β Doctor was very rude to my grandmother. Was quickly rushing us to leave his clinic cause he could not understand what my grandma was going through. Loud sighs and clear that he was very annoyed. Super disappointed.

β β β β β I do not often see doctors, first time heard a doctor can talk unprofessionally and not polite.
It this so sad that a doctor tells me βI don't want to talk to you so muchβ. So I just when off paid for Consultation fee without a medicine.
I won't come back again, however, the reception girls are so nice just the doctor can't make it ?
