★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard of coffee is same as other outlets. I just don't really like the layout as they join the tables into long stretches, make it difficult to walk in n out. Definitely not for those with pram or wheelchair. Long queue too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ avoid this place at all cost unless you want to be shouted for not knowing their policy. very rude n poor service. we are not aware that we cannot combine table althot we are 1 family but eas being shouted by an uncle and even passed a remark saying nevermind we are rich people want to pay fine let them pay infront of so many customers in the shop. But pls take note that we are not aware given that we thot we only have 3 paxs so we thought we can combine 2 tables now govt allowed 5paxs but who knows your shop do not have this allowance. At least said it nicely instead of shouting in the shop like this. will not patronise this place ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular Toast Box place is slower than any other branches. Always a long queue every morning, afternoon and evening. They is usually have 2-3 staff but it’s not efficient.
Breakfast set is good and tea is my favourite.
The elderly lady staff is not pleasant at all. customer service is ??
She has the attitude her shop is the only ‘premium’ shop nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tables and glass separation are very dirty it’s totally unhygienic with splatters everywhere on the glass. What’s the point of having the glass separation when you allow more than 2 pax dining ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed that the curry chicken set is only three pieces of tiny chicken mid-wings that you paid over eight dollars. As I eat, I felt Toast Box should do better and that customers should deserve better. This is one of the rare times, I give a one star.
