Staff at counter were nice and helpful.
Swab test was done professionally.
Result was ready before 6 pm today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two lady receptionists are rude and have no empathy, especially the older one with the curly hair. Really rude. And that's sad to see especially when you're sick. Dr Chiang is nice though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst GP experience with Dr Johan Hashim. Went to visit the doc for vomit/pain/diarrhoea but he said it was nothing severe and just sent me away saying he will give me some meds for the pain. He first gave me meds that will induce drowsiness and when i said i need mc cause i react very badly to drowsy meds he quickly change it to buscopan, and ask me to go to the ER if it does not help. At a time when the govt urge to not overhaul the ER? Not fit to be a doc and wasting ER resources. Pls dont visit if this doc is there. Waste of time and energy, especially when youre already feeling unwell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came at 20:25, Tuesday night for my pre-departure PCR test. There was no other patient except for myself. The staff lady was very friendly and helpful. Even the doctor who did the test was very approachable and gentle in performing the test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a teleconsultation at 9.30am through Minmed app, however the medication only arrived at 7.50pm after multiple follow-ups. Please review your system. Even though this is not an emergency, it is still tiring for a patient to keep looking out for updates on the app and calling the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locum doctor was rude. He made us wait just to reject to see us. We kindly requested him to see our child and provide a memo for us to give to his school. Instead he made us wait and end up get receptionist to tell us doctor don’t want to see us.
Truly unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad. The assumption is that just because I have ARI symptoms I have Covid. I agree an ART is required until proven otherwise but the doc did not even check for other symptoms and just ask me to do a swab.
My temperature was not even taken… if a patient is sick enough to visit a doc, the basic courtesy is for the doc to diagnose the patient… by asking all and other symptoms
