Dr Ng Qiu Ting was professional and the clinic's receptionists were proactive. Recently had my upper wisdom tooth extracted. The procedure took less than 10 mins and was totally painless. Been 3 years since I first visited this clinic and the experience had always been positive. Thank you Dr Ng!

I have had a great experience at the dental clinic. The dentist was very patient with her explanation on the various treatment options. After that, there was also adequate follow-up on the patient.

Accurate diagnoses and won't always recommend unnecessary tooth extraction unlike polyclinic dentists. Have the impression that dentists here are more likely to suggest saving a tooth, such as root canal treatment. Scaling and polishing is also done well. However, when Xrays are needed, they always do the full jaws' imaging instead of single tooth imaging, and that costs $70. Plus the fluoride treatment $30, u can end up paying quite a lot in one visit.

The best dental clinic I've been to so far! Agree with the other reviews that the dentists here are about saving tooth than removing them needlessly. Came in thinking I had a wisdom tooth problem /growing out but the dentist deduced it was (i) unlikely given its position / scans, (ii) more likely because of a decay + gum inflammation he found nearby. He fixed the decay, gave me a mouthwash (for the inflammation), and suggested further observation before scheduling a removal for the teeth. 2 days later - sure enough - all the pain was gone! Scaling and polishing was also done skillfully without pain/bleeding unlike the other chain clinics I've been to.

Dr Leng is a cool professional as she has extract my tooth and at the same time gave me assurance everything is okay. I am impressed and give her my thumbs up!

My father had a new pair of denture made by Dr Ng. After collecting the new set of denture , he went back because the front of the denture was so protruding and he looks weird on the upper lip and when he speaks with the denture on, you already know something is off and yet he was told that nothing can be done as he agreed to the mould that was tried on him. When the mould was tried on without having a mirror to look at , I am sure no one will know how that looks like. And just looking at the denture itself, the whole set of teeth is so terrible looking in weird position that make you think, is that how his teeth should look like??? Now he had to live with a pair of denture that cost $1500 and looking weird. Really disappointed with this kind of service. Recommended my parents to this dental clinic because Dr Diong was good. Had been seeing him and no problem at all.
