Overall a very good experience. Though the waiting time was more than what was mentioned on call but once we got our turn, it was a very good experience. All the staff were polite and helpful.

Dentist Angela is very kind and she sis great removing my tooth. The procedure fast than i expected and she is very considerate. Ashford serangoon is one of the dental clinic i will recommend to my friends .

Went to get my teeth checked. Need to clean and did and xray to find out that there were several decays on teeth. A bit pain but bearable for the cleaning. Need to go back again for the filling because there was bloods when did cleaning. Price wise a bit ok, not that cheap not that expensive. Not much queue because I came on an appointment. The dentist was good, she did a good job cleaning. I felt my teeth clean but still a bit pain on my gum, came go get gum checked but I got cleaned first instead.

Dr Cindy Ho was very thorough in explaining her diagnosis and the treatment required. She also provided useful tips on how best to care for my teeth and how to prevent reoccurrence of my dental issue. The procedure was quick and painless. To add - I was also warmly welcomed and attended to by the front desk staff. Will definitely be my go-to dental clinic

I am quite happy with the care and service I got at Ashford, the clinic looks clean, bright, and organized, and the receptionists that I have met thus far are rather friendly and polite. Booked an appointment with Dr. Leon some weeks back due to toothache. He is very welcoming, easy to talk to, attentive, detailed, and professional. X-ray was done and it was determined that my old filling had allowed bacteria to grow into the root. Dr. Leon explained while showing me the x-ray what exactly happened and offered me solutions. I did a root canal in the end. Prior to the root canal and during the procedure, Dr Leon consistently update me on what he is going to do next and what the step would do, or if I am still alright, while I was watching the requested netflix show on the ceiling. Just returned to the clinic today to complete my root canal treatment, the entire root canal experience is great, no pain at all. To add, he is also patient as well he did not get annoyed by my many questions. Will be returning to Dr. Leon for my crowning in about 2 weeks' time, might provide an update then. Happy to have found this dental centre.

Dr Joanne is professional, skilled and friendly. Did my Wisdom tooth extraction last week (2 surgical + 2 regular), procedure was fast and smooth, leading to a fast recovery. Procedures, risks and costs were all transparent and clearly explained. Reception also checked in on me a day after the procedure. Thanks for upholding a high quality of service!

I had a lunch mishap yesterday, and broke my molar when I bit down on dried shrimp. Desperation followed and I must've called more than 10 dental clinics, before I finally called Ashford. The nice receptionist told me they were fully booked, but unlike the others that said they would let me walk in later without any guarantees of seeing a dentist, this really nice lady told be to pop in at 8pm, and told me whatever happened, that a dentist would eventually see me yesterday. Now That's Assurance for you! As agreed, I dropped by at 8pm, and waited a little before the dentist (Janice) saw me about some 20 mins later. They close at 9, but she assured me she would do something to help before they did. I was there till 9.30 yesterday, and doctor, nurse, and receptionists (who was visibly in the advanced stages of pregnancy) all waited till I was done! The dentist bent over backwards for me literally, as she ground away laboriously at the metal ring she placed around my molar to keep it from moving and getting dislodged, and at no time did any of these ladies lose their patience with me. I am a Customer Service trainer by profession at work, and I have to say they ticked all the right boxes with me yesterday. I will never see dentists the say way again after this! It is by chance I know about this clinic online, when the other dental clinic I booked cancelled on me last minute due to their logistic mistake. I was suffering severe pain at one of my teeth and needed immediate attention. I called the clinic and one of the staff Kelly gave me the best news ever, that there’s a slot almost immediately, in less than an hour. I rushed down to the clinic, and was welcomed by the nice decor and the very friendly Kelly who made my registration a breeze. Dr Joanne attended to me and explained the procedures well, laying options and suggestions that made my decision making with confidence. I did X-ray and extracted my tooth. The room had therapeutic effect to calm me with a screen on the ceiling for me to watch my favourite show. How amazing. Dr Joanne was very professional did the extraction painlessly, ensuring I remained calm throughout the process. The staff were very friendly. The decor is nice. I will be back 2-3 months for review and hopefully able to do implant. Highly recommended for nice ambience, great dentist, wonderful staff, affordable pricing.
