β β β β β Came here for scaling and polishing and I must say Dr Yap is really meticulous, gentle, and thorough. Other dentists usually will make my gum bleed at all sort of places after the scaling, but Dr yap did a very thorough cleaning job and never let my gum bleed excessively. He is also attentive and checks the new filing repeatedly to make sure my bite is not affected. Not all dentists bother to do it. Highly recommended!

β β β β β The dentist, Dr Yap, is very welcoming during my visit to the clinic. The dentist and dental assistant were patient in helping with the analysis of the condition of my teeth. The dentist gave a good analysis of my teeth, going through the teeth that require me to pay more attention to. The dentist provided advice on how to improve the condition of my teeth and proper dental management at home by myself. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience for me. Thank you dentist and dental assistant at Q and M.

β β β β β reached the clinic at 1145am (they closed at 1pm), only told me at 1210pm that they are closed, told me to come back at 2pm. okay sure, i came back at 2pm, waited all the way until 5pm+ for a 2mins swab test... THATS 3HRS OF WAITING, FOR A SIMPLE SWAB. LOL asked if they could give me a call before its my turn but nope they don't do that. even collection of my medicine made me wait for at least 20mins.. the clinic was left with barely anyone already, yet the medicine and mc took so long?? everyone behind me before that had already left... they didnt even offered me a seat. wont come back again.

β β β β β Went to blk 261 Q&M, Doctor was very friendly, excellent customer interaction and professional. However, the front counter staffs were like fish market tone and terrible communication. Im utterly disappointed with the service since i thought Q&M staffs were professional and customer orientated since i have been to their other locations. Even saw them speaking rudely to a guy who was there to collect an item. I have since avoided going there to prevent myself from further disappointment.

β β β β β Visited this clinic for the first time and Dr Yap Siang Hui attended to me. My teeth is quite sensitive and hence am always reluctant to go for dental appointments. However, I must say Dr Yap has really great skills. He did fillings for a few of my teeth, and also scaling and polishing. I'm surprised I did not experience any pain. He also patiently explained what I need to take note of in order to achieve good oral hygiene. His professionalism played an important part in calming my nerves (literally). I highly recommend Dr Yap.

β β β β β Had an emergency situation today and walked-in to see dentist for my gum infection, and with a ferry to catch. Front desk staff was super helpful and worked her magic to fit me in. Dentist and nurse was very helpful and patient, and provided a quick and temporary solution for me so I can go catch my ferry. Thank you so much!
