Stay away from this agency as the owner Joshua preys on weak and helpless elderly to take advantage and traumatise elderly in dire need of professional help. Same experience as an earlier review, be prepared to escalate matters to authorities, and whole family will under go trauma and be bullied. Please see earlier reviews by others too and Think twice!! Take note of J who speaks with a hostile accent, you hear for yourself and judge wisely. Hi Mr Joshua, I was so lost when my wife suddenly passed away and we decided to transfer our DW to new employer. I had no idea what to do with my DW who was with us for more than 3years. And this was bcos we all don't know my wife's sing pass password. Even after discussing my issue with MOM and they could only ask me to cancel her permit rather than doing the transfer. Luckily my DW identified your agency n from there it was very smooth sailing for me. When we contacted you, you did advice me few options on how to move on. Most importantly you did not charge single penny for whatever you have done so far. Finally you was able to take in my DW under you and in 3weeks you manage to find her new employer. Hired a caregiver thru Top Faith to take care of elderly. Unfortunately, I had to send caregiver back to agency after my grandma passed away. However, Top Faith refused to take back caregiver or even help and wanted us to find alternative solution ourselves. They rejected us without any any facts or evidence. Person in charge continue to say that we can proceed to sue his company if we are not satisfied. Not helpful at all in such a grieving period. Do not suggest you to engage them at all. Might leave you hanging after taking your agency fee. Edit: owner has offered to share the cost of repatriation as an alternative. This is only offered I posted this Google review. When we first called him to work out the situation, he actually dared us to sue his company before hanging up on our call. You be the judge.

[Unaccountable service from Top Faith] My family and I engaged a caregiver via Mr Joshua for my late grandma. However her condition suddenly deteriorated and she passed on 1 week after the caregiver arrived at our house. We no longer needed a caregiver, BUT the caregiver expressed her wishes to continue employment in my family, and we kindly offered her to stay on for general household work, which she agreed. In the next one week, we observed her to fall short in doing general chores (which includes sleeping until noon time). We then decided to return her to Mr Joshua. A day prior to sending her back, Mr Joshua requested for feedbacks for this caregiver, which I gladly gave him a call and accounted for this caregiver's work ethics. HOWEVER, his attitude changed and he refused to take this caregiver back to his agency, stating that it will be difficult to re-deploy her. No communication/ counselling/ attempts to investigate or problem- solve from from Top Faith. Discussions with Mr Joshua was absolutely difficult as he provided no solution, spoke rudely and threatened us to sue him when we raised that his contract did not state that he can decline to take his worker back, and proceeded to hang up our call abruptly. My family and I chose Top Faith's service above other agencies because Mr Joshua had promised to take back his worker at any point if we do not need the worker anymore, and we knew that my late grandma only had <6 months of lifespan. However, we were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with his after-sales service and attitude. We had to solve the problem created by Mr Joshua's refusal to take his worker back as promised, look for avenues to send this worker away safely, while mourning for the loss of a dear family member. Mind you, we paid slightly under $3K agency fees for a short 2 weeks of BAD SERVICE OUTCOMES. The above review is an honest account of our experience with Top Faith.

Mr Joshua was very humble and polite to the request posted to him by our family. He helped to find the best suited caregivers that would be ideal to look after my parents. Every transaction with him such as the bio data or application or interviewing with the caregiver was very smooth. He was very concerning on the health of my parents and was always looking out for the best caregiver. The caregivers were given training by him to make sure they are up to the standard of what we wanted. He had never failed to reply on time and give the best advice. Working with him has been great and would recommend him to others if they were to get a caregiver for their parent.
