β β β β β A very responsible, ethical clinicοΌ
I felt not well and did myself art test many times, the results still same ( negative), but My throat was very painful . So I came and want to do PCR test. the nurse who is very friendly remind me try to test again, not test nose, but test throat. If still negative, then I can do PCR. Cus that cost actually not cheaper. Finally, the ART test is positive. She is right and help me to save money. Very kind girl. ?Tkvm!

The place was neat, clean and everything was efficient:)
Results came back at approximately 24 hours. Perfect and would recommend!

β β β β β Take a test before traveling. The front desk girls are young, work professionally and efficiently. The guy who carry the test are kind. E-recipient via email, it is paperless?. The price is good compare to other medical groups.

β β β β β My helper & i visited the clinic on 16 Apr at 8am. We were the 2nd customer after a couple. The clinic was empty. The staff made my helper & me wait outside the clinic Q line when there was plenty of empty chairs inside. The weather was humid so after a while we went in to take a seat while waiting to be served. The rude receptionist (a small size young girl with specs & ponytail) glared at me, whispered something to her colleague & both laughed. Ultimate unprofessional & rude. Now i understand all the negative reviews posted are true. The only saving grace about this clinic is the convenient location at braddell and the very polite male nurse who conducted the tests. Ironically, the clinic has a big sign that says no tolerance for abusive patients, how about the other way round, rude staff to patients?? The organisation needs to review its customer service.

β β β β β Fuss free experience in this clinic. Receptionist was polite and On Duty Dr was very courteous and gave excellent advised us on the situation. Came during our appointment time and no waiting time. Had a great experience coming here. Thank you!!

β β β β β Came on 4 March 11pm, the receptionist Sarah & Dr Lim were attentive. Excellent bedside manner and very reassuring as well. Called ahead to double check that doctor was on duty, Sarah was very helpful and courteous. I would travel all the way down from North to here again for a 24hr clinic just to ensure that Iβm well taken cared of.

First was for a regular consult. Doc and staffs were friendly and professional and clearly explained my diagnosis.
Second was for PCR. The entire process was organised and swift.
Very cheap. $18 for consult I think. And cheapest for PCR. Highly recommended.
