Visited for a statutory health check. After walking out of another clinic because the wait time was over 3 hours, I was very pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient this place was. I used the app to get my queue number, did not have to wait long at the clinic. Everybody was very friendly too. Very happy with the experience!

Booked appointment for pre-departure COVID test at 9.45am and got tested at 10.45am. What’s the point to book a time if if we have to wait one hour? Also the results are supposed to arrive in 24h. I had to call multiple times to get my results which they finally sent me more than 48h later. The official email was sent to me 30min before my flight lol! So I really don’t recommend this center for pre-departure testing. As a comparison my son had to take it at a nearby center at the same time. He got tested on time and the full process was done within 10 min. He got his results less than 24 later without having to chase.

Great service and facilities Contrary to many negative reviews, I find that the facilities here are clean and up to date. It gives a very pleasant feeling to the whole environment. But the 5 stars really goes to the admin staff and nurses. They are no only polite and friendly, they display great attributes of care and professionalism. However, the radiologist needs to remember to bring her smile to work. Anyway, the experience was so good that I want to award a 5 star ratings to SATA Potong Pasir. Keep up the good work in caring for patient that walks in.

Weekend $6 more but it is ok because overall Q and crowd is better. Overall medical checkup duration shorter compared to amk one that I been too.

My mum went for her flu jab today… she couldn’t stop praising the nurse for being so friendly and nice. She also praised Dr Ooi for being very nice and improving her overall experience. Thank you!

I saw a lot of bad reviews regarding on the pre-departure PCR test. Honestly, mine was really smooth and results were delivered less than 24 hours. They even called me to ensure I’m aware of the results. Hope this can stir away the negativity. Recommended to go during weekdays.

My last visit after testing positive for Covid wasn’t a pleasant experience. I was put under a long wait despite there were no other covid patients before me and the doctor was surprised when he saw me at the back. It seems like they had forgotten about me and left me alone waiting. After all the testing, I was left alone again for at least another half an hour, again the doctor was surprised that I hadn't left and finally arranged the nurse to discharge me with medicine and mc. Another incident that was unacceptable was they mistook a negative patient and placed her in the same waiting room as me, and when they found out she wasn’t positive they just made her wait under the sun for about half an hour. The clinic places Art positive patients at the back of the clinic, which opens towards a back alley frequented by the residents around the area. And when the queue is long, the queue line will occupy the narrow alley directly next to an eatery where people are eating and drinking without mask. As bad as it sounds, I believe your clinic has risked the public health of the residents around this area. I hope anyone in charged can look into this matter to improve the queue system of your clinic.

I've got my vaccination today at Sata at 2.30pm and though the system is slightly confusing for me, the people who served me have hearts of gold. From queue number reception lady to registration reception lady, to lady doctor and lady master of vaccination, all are efficient and professionally good. Friendly and good at making me feel at ease and comfy. Thank you for your amazing service! And Nur for the initiative in checking out concessions on my request. Overall, heartfelt gratitude for these women, loving hearts of gold. God bless y'all for your heart and hard work.
