★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buy things without issue receipt, bcoz is 2nd hand items. Unless those they claim is brand new reject goods, then they will give you those hand write receipts. Please careful, they are quite pushy for you to buy those high value product. When u are not interested, they will show a sour face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a toaster oven from an a listing that Cash Converters posted on Carousell. However, when we went home and plugged it in it tripped our circuits. We brought it back to CC and dealt with Joel who had also sold it to us. He asked us some questions but was apologetic and received approval from his boss to refund us the money. Although we were disappointed the oven didn’t work we were thankful that the return process was smooth, thanks to Joel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person who assisted me was not the best customer service personnel. He is far from being approachable. Not pleased with his choice of words either. As I spoke up, he did not have much of a come back.
From observations, this place is patronised by many elderly people and as we know some seniors are non-cofrontational, i wonder if this is the sort of attitude they need to put up with.
Whoever that is reading this, please teach your staff a little courtesy on how to interact with customers(i.e greetings, choice of words) and same time be approachable, thank you!

Someone trash, might be other treasure! A lot of new things in package never opened before in sales too! Totally worth to visit every now and then.
