A	Adline Jarmie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff keep on burping while massaging me.her reason is all toxic or wind (whatever it is) came out from my body and goes to her body thats why she keep on burping which is not professional and disgusting. I requested her to press harder on my shoulder and she can answered she cannot press harder n said her thumb cannot go further inside my body and it annoyed me. The way she massage and move my hand also very rough. It take me like 15mins to wait inside for the staff to come and massage me also. Environment very noisy.staff talk very loud. Will never come there again.

Tick tick tick, the ticking sound overpowered the background music? While the lady is massaging me, i felt Very tense with that noise till i cant tahan until i asked the lady to remove it? Other Staff were happily engaging to the other customers instead of controlling her voice or try to stop the conversation. The individual rooms partition were not sound proof at all as its divided using CLOTHES ! Very annoying. But overall, massage and ambience were??,the massue name is Teha .

He was exceptionally good. Right amount of pressure throughout the 2hrs and constantly checking in if I'm doing fine. Would give 10/10 for this guy..

She specifically told the therapist she does not like to be unattended to. So she suggested do cupping and massage at the same time, but she did otherwise. Kept going in and out of the room(was left unattended). She literally shortchanged her on the timing of massage. She was having body pain and leg pain. Was hoping to get some help, but what she got was hands just sliding to and fro. I'll never recommend anyone. Receptionist had the cheek to promote me membership. And not to my wife(who was massaged)!! WTH!!

My first experience was a walk in, and the massage provided was good. The ginger tea afterwards was a nice touch too. But for the second time, I attempted to call them to make an appointment, and nobody picked up the phone at all. I called them at 11am, 1pm and 3pm. Nothing. So I tried to walk in like my first time, the results are as you expect from an evening after work. They told me that I have wait 2 hours before a slot clears up. So this is annoying to say the least.

Been to other outlets but I still find the Sembawang one a better experience. Lacking of one star because I just wished the receptionist was more welcoming and the music was too loud.
