★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Guan Yin here was consecrated & 开光 by the very well known and highly revered monk in thailand called LP Koon. LP Koon is extremely well respected in whole of Thailand.
We are very fortunate to be able to pray and worship this Guan Yin at Hougang Dou Mu Gong.
For those who are wondering, it's the standing Guan Yin statue in the Left Hall (if you are facing outwards).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nine empires temple which is more famous place of worship in the lunar September month. It's one of the Taoism tradition for being vegetarian for 9th days duringthis period while praying for nine emperor God. The first time experience there was people is so helpful. They got shuttle bus to mrt station some more.
