Worst dog groomer ever, this will be my first and last time i will be sendjng my dog to that "Pet Stop" or even allow that "pony tail" groomer touch her. My dog fur coat after groomed was so uneven, certain areas of her body was not even properly groomed, her ears was not clean, nails was not trim and I had paid full grooming for her. Total waste of my time and I bet the agony that my dog had to face or gone thru this type of poor grooming service. Visit them at your own risk.

Not good at their social media management. Never get back to me when I message them on their website. Always very rushed on the phone whenever I want to inquire more details. At least the swimming was good for my dog's injured leg; although the groomer did not cut her nails properly.

Send my dog for grooming, book 11.30am as they show open at 11am. Reached 11.20am, door was lock, call in and then a staff come just to unlock the door and went back do his things. Told him that how I want to cut my dog, he just nod his head. When collecting my dog, everything was not to what I want. Anyway, what done is done, try grooming at your own risk there.

As a pet-owning gamer, went there some time ago to check out their services and maybe pick up some games at the same time. Unfortunately that was the first and last time I'll be going there. When I first entered, no staff was available, as the only one was in the back grooming a pet. I picked up some treats for my pet, before going to browse the games section. A lady staff returned soon, so I asked her a question about a pre-owned game item I was looking at. She looked at me with a dark face and just answered coldly that she didn't know. I thought it was unusually rude from a store owner to a customer, but maybe she was having a bad day, so nevermind, I'll just pay for the treats and leave. However, another customer soon entered to pick up her pet from grooming, and it was probably a regular customer, cause the lady staff treated her in a much friendlier manner and began chatting with her while waiting. At this point I just put the treats back and left. If that's how they regard their walk-in customers, then no thanks, would rather not deal with this. Who knows how they'd actually treat a pet behind-the-scenes.

Nice place , just that parking was rather difficult. Brought my pups for a first time swim, the trainer was patient and able to encourage the pups to swim. Would go again when possible.

Visited Pet Stop for my dog’s swim session in June 2021. Staff who swam with her was patient and attentive to her needs during the swimming session. However, this place may not be suitable for dogs who are not 100% friendly as staff wanted us to 100% confirm that my dog will 100% not bite even though we repeatedly shared that she is selective. Staff who was showering & drying her was also observed not to be very familiar or attentive with dog language - we ended up requesting to take my dog home before she was dry as she was increasingly visibly uncomfortable with the dryer in her face. (Side note: She has no issues with other groomers) Regarding the hydrotherapy, not much prep was given for my dog to familiarise with water even though we shared it was her first time. She was lowered into the pool to swim right away. We would label it assisted swimming instead of hydrotherapy. The shop seems to be understaffed, with two pax running the entire shop which does retail, grooming and swimming. It is quite chaotic & not the most hygienic too. Many dogs were left on grooming tables to wait.

Sent my dog for teeth brushing and nail clipping (includes pawpad trimming) to test their services. Lady at the counter was super rough with my dog. Dragged her in by the leash from the front of the counter into the grooming room and my dog hit the baby gate in the process. She showed no empathy or care at all. Just contuously dragged her in. Luckily the procedure only took 10mins and my doggo was not injured (she has a metal implant in her leg). It also seemed like the guy would be the one grooming so I crossed my fingers and set the timer. Would not want to go through another anxious wait ever.
